Sector / Field Trip No. 01

South of France

Hosted by Kiethen Bundy · July 2–6, 2026

Cannes · Monaco · Cap d’Antibes · St. Tropez

4 Nights / 5 Days

01 / The Premise

A trip with the awkward parts removed.

Kiethen Bundy was born and raised in Monaco. He still has the same friends, the same restaurants, the same boat guys. We’re calling in the favors.

What you get is the South of France with the awkward parts removed. No asking the concierge what’s actually good. No waiting at the door because someone read about a place. Reservations are made. Boats are gassed. The car is already outside.

Think White Lotus with better taste. Season 4 has been written. We’d prefer not to be the casting reference for Season 5.

02 / The Villa

Cannes. Hillside. Eight Bedrooms.

An infinity pool that pretends to fall into the Mediterranean. A cinematic tennis court, for living out Challengers en Français. Eight bedrooms of glass, white stone, and the kind of architecture that takes itself seriously.

We’re bunking. It’s part of it.

The Itinerary

Five Days.

Day 01 · July 2

Arrival, then Monaco.

Land in Nice. A car finds you. You don’t look for it.

Drop your bags. Take a swim. The pool is the pool. Photograph it later.

At dusk, Blacklanes ferry the group to Monaco for dinner at Gaia. The kind of place where the food is excellent and so is the eavesdropping. Kiethen will know three people in the room. Probably more.

Cars back to Cannes. Late.

Day 02 · July 3

A day on the boat.

Breakfast at the villa. Slow. Necessary.

Then: a full day on the boat. You can swim off it, eat off it, nap on it. We’ve seen all three happen in a single afternoon.

Back on land for dinner at Cipriani. Pasta, a view, people who understand both. Cars home.

Day 03 · July 4

La Guérite, then fireworks.

Breakfast. Espresso. The group is louder today.

Lunch at La Guérite on Île Sainte-Marguerite. The legendary one. Long tables. Bouzoukis. A boat ride home you’ll only half remember. The F1 grid takes its summer break here, which means Charles Leclerc (a Monaco boy) tends to surface at the next table. Drinks are included today and only today. Pace yourself, or don’t.

Dinner is at The Annex, a beach dinner with fireworks over the bay. American Independence Day, celebrated on a French beach. We’re aware of the irony.

Day 04 · July 5

St. Tropez by speedboat.

A speedboat collects us from Cannes. You arrive in St. Tropez windswept and unbothered, which is the only correct way to arrive in St. Tropez.

Afternoon at Nikki Beach. You know what Nikki Beach is. We don’t need to oversell it.

Cars back to Cannes for a quieter final night at the villa. Recommended: the pool, the terrace, the men you’ve spent four days getting to know.

Day 05 · July 6

Departures.

A real breakfast. Real goodbyes. The Blacklane comes. You go.

You’ll text the group chat coordinated by me from the plane. Everyone will agree to do it again next year. Let’s see who survives.
