We bring together exceptional LGBTQ+ individuals across generations and industries to socialize and connect—and most importantly—build an institution that outlives us.

    Executives, artists, designers, fund managers, engineers, editors, humanitarians, and more within the community came from around the world to celebrate Tom of Finland’s 40th anniversary.

  • Intergenerational Conversations

    Super model/OG Mugler muse Connie Fleming and legendary DJ Lina Bradford go back in time to revisit New York City’s night life history and its impact on culture and community. 

  • Fundraiser: Mayor Pete in NYC

    Mayor Pete visits New York City and attracts the brightest stars from the community to support his campaign for the Democratic nomination.

  • Networking Reception: A Toast at Boom

    An evening of champagne toasts and skyline views, this monthly cocktail reception brought together rising stars and seasoned power players at the iconic Boom Boom Room.

  • Collaboration: In the Studio

    A series to showcase entrepreneurship and artistry. Rizzoli published author and mixologist Shannon Mustipher shakes up a demo to highlight her favorite cocktails that are perfect for entertaining your friends.

  • Networking Reception: An Evening Before Pride

    A curated list of industry executives and creative leaders gathered in the “Succession” penthouse in Hudson Yards to connect and toast another season of love, equality, and visibility. 

  • Collaboration: Dinner Series

    An intimate dinner with Chrome Horse Tequila and Arquiste parfums. This series brings together emerging talent and established members to share ideas, spark connection, and build lasting relationships.

    A series to showcase entrepreneurship and artistry. We created a space for Rhett Madison to share their music—and the stories that shaped it—with our community.

  • Intergenerational Conversations

    Kevin Aviance x Virgin Hotels. Amid a wave of anti-trans and anti-drag legislation, we gathered at the Virgin Hotel to uplift one another and hear Kevin’s journey—from club kid to Beyoncé collaborator.

  • Yes. Sector accepts members with backgrounds from all walks of life.

  • The Sector Membership & Community Board considers many factors, but the core question we ask is: How might we collaborate with this candidate? You don’t need to be a celebrity, a power broker, or a Nobel Laureate. What matters most is a clear sense of who you are. Show us your strengths, your real interests, and why you’re drawn to this community—with honesty, clarity, and confidence. That goes further than you think.

  • The Sector Fellowship Fund was created to ensure equitable access to qualified members. This fund was underwritten by Legacy members, Patrons, Funds, and Family Offices within the Sector community.

  • Our Membership & Community Board review applications monthly and accept members on a rolling basis. Due to limited availability, those not immediately accepted are placed on our waitlist for future consideration.

  • Absolutely. We believe the strongest communities are built locally, so we’re expanding thoughtfully—city by city. Our goal is to have a presence wherever our members are, across every corner of the world.

  • Not no. While a permanent space isn’t our current focus, we believe community lives in people—not in walls. For now, we’re focused on creating connections wherever our members are. You may spot a pop-up house or two—especially in collaboration with your favorite brands.
