South of France
Hosted by Kiethen Bundy · August 4–8, 2026
Cannes · Monaco · Cap d’Antibes · St. Tropez
A Field Trip along the Riviera.
Kiethen Bundy was born and raised in Monaco. He still has the same friends, the same restaurants, the same boat guys. We’re calling in the favors.
What you get is the South of France with the inconveniences removed. No asking the concierge what’s actually good. No waiting at the door because someone read about a place. Reservations are made. Boats are gassed. The car is already outside.
Think White Lotus with better taste. Season 4 has been written. We’d prefer not to be the casting reference for Season 5.
Cannes. Hillside. Nine Bedrooms.
An infinity pool that pretends to fall into the Mediterranean. Nine bedrooms in a hillside estate that looks like it came out of Architectural Digest.
Fourteen beds across the house. Everyone gets their own bed. We’re bunking — it’s part of it.
Five Days.
Arrival, then fireworks.
Land in Nice. A car finds you.
Drop your bags. Take a swim. Photograph it later.
Tonight is the Festival d’Art Pyrotechnique. Dinner is at The Annex, a beach dinner with fireworks over the bay. The whole coast is watching the same sky. So are we.
Cars back to the villa. Late.
A day on the boat.
Breakfast at the villa. Slow. Necessary.
Then: a full day on the boat. You can swim off it, eat off it, nap on it. We’ve seen all three happen in a single afternoon.
Back on land for dinner at Cipriani. Pasta, a view. Cars home.
La Guérite, then Monaco.
Breakfast. Espresso. The group is louder today.
Lunch at La Guérite on Île Sainte-Marguerite. The legendary one. Long tables. Bouzoukis. A boat ride home you’ll only half remember. The F1 grid takes its summer break here, which means Charles Leclerc tends to surface at the next table. Drinks are included today and only today. Pace yourself, or don’t.
At dusk, private transport ferries the group to Monaco for dinner at Gaia. The kind of place where the food is excellent and so is the eavesdropping. Kiethen will know three people in the room. Probably more.
Cars back to Cannes. Late.
Speedboat to Nikki Beach.
A speedboat collects us from Cannes. You arrive in St. Tropez windswept and unbothered, which is the only correct way to arrive in St. Tropez.
Afternoon at Nikki Beach. You know what Nikki Beach is. We don’t need to oversell it.
Cars back to Cannes for a quieter final night at the villa. Recommended: the pool, the terrace, the men you’ve spent four days getting to know.
Departures.
A real breakfast. Real goodbyes. Private transport comes. You go.
You’ll text the group chat coordinated by me from the plane. Everyone will agree to do it again next year. Let’s see who survives.
